Pros

Coming right out of college I had no idea what I was going to do with my life, I had done a few internships before but I did not have a clear path I wanted to follow. I got the job of Business Development Coordinator at Social Driver and from the moment you set foot at their incredible office you are introduced to a different way of thinking about your professional life, you walk into a place that cares for personal and professional development of its employees and it prepares your mindset for whatever you want to accomplish next, be it with Social Driver or on your own. It is clear you are working with people that actually care about you and their clients at Social Driver you always are pushed to do your best work so you can help clients have a positive impact on the world.

Cons

The work environment can be a little overwhelming at first due to all the different clients and projects you have to deal with.

Pros

The mission and client work have potential, and there are good people throughout the company who genuinely care.

Cons

Leadership lacked clear direction, priorities changed constantly, and communication was inconsistent. Workloads were often unrealistic for below market pay, and there was little support or recognition for employees. Opportunities for growth felt limited, and compensation did not reflect the expectations placed on staff. Overall, it was a frustrating environment that made it difficult to succeed.
