      Pros

      The style of ABA therapy is functional, very client centered, individualized with a clear understanding of the "big picture". If your clients session gets cancelled they won't send you home and give you additional office hours.

      Cons

      Medical insurance is decent, 5 days of PTO, and 12 paid holidays. Schedule does change, you do have to eat with the kids.

      Pros

      Trainers and supervisors are helpful and want to teach therapists how to be really good at therapy. Therapy days end earlier than most ABA centers.

      Cons

      Really can't think of any, its a small clinic so policies and procedures that are in place make sense for operations.
