      Pros

      Great people that I work with. Love the kids that I get to coach. What a great concept. Work is tough, but it's worth it!

      Cons

      Nothing that I can think off the top of my head. Just trying to fill the 20 word minimum, now. But they could have more donuts, I guess?

      - not enough training before expecting you to lead solo - very little hours
