      Pros

      Friendly Coworkers, regular breaks, team building funds, overtime available.

      Cons

      Don't get your hopes up. Bare minimum is all you'll get. No pension. No eye coverage. Can get stressful. Not recommended for anything more than a stepping stone.

      Great experience for a first-time co-op student in Architectural Design or Engineering (or related field) - you get to work on architectural drawing sets and learn how to create approval drawings for custom ACM panels to aid architectural requirements of a set project - you learn how to create quantity estimates for these projects - you may also get the opportunity to design construction details for these panels in addition to the architectural dwg sets

      Avoid the Black Team (design team) in this company: - The supervisor is extremely unhelpful and micromanages everyone - You wont get any training or introduction to your job or role and will have to take your co-workers' help to get anything started at first - However, the co-workers working there are great
