At times the workload can become grueling and clients are not always nice or respectful, but the partners have in the past protected their workers.

Easy to get hired without any experience and/or resume gaps.

You will acquire no skills/knowledge that can be marketed towards higher paying and more reputable general law firms while simultaneously having no opportunity for advancement in a firm that specializes in a very specific area of the law. Attorneys and staff alike engage in inappropriate behavior, and the business practices conducted here are not acceptable at similar establishments.
