Has provided me great place to grow my career. Lots of new technologies help innovate and exciting problems to solve, new roles / skills to learn. Great people who really work hard but are friendly and supportive. Very creative environment. Great benefits. (And Ann Arbor is a great town)
Cons
Growing pains. The company has doubled in size over the last 5 years and is still growing. That's led to internal reorganizations, communications challenges, and lots of figuring out new staff roles and processes.
