Good management Great coworkers Free car washes Rapidly expanding business with great potential to move up Owners take the time to introduce themselves to new employees It feels like working at a small family business rather than an overly corporate job
Cons
Working outside in San Diego in the Summer can be harsh. Having to deal with angry customers every day is draining. Customers become easily enraged when they think the car wash damaged their car. More often than not, the damage was pre-existing, but telling them that usually just makes them more angry. Luckily we have cameras to back us up.
