Pros
Great place to grow professionally and personally. The leadership team are very open to new ideas and give you a lot of room to lead projects and make a use case for changing processes. This place is super transparent and if you ever have a hard question, the CEO is always open. The team is full of rockstars that will motivate you to consistently learn more and it truly feels like you're apart of a family.
Cons
Like any startup, it took some time to figure out the ultimate vision of the company and even then the goals are always changing. This can be hard tough for some employees.
