Success is up to you and there is a lot of flexibility to make a career if you are a self starter and like to contribute solutions

You will not like it here if you need to be told what to do and when to do it. It's a small company so you need the ability to work with all departments and collaborate with others. The bad reviews are some who struggle with that.

Good pay (at least on the sales side) Some of my coworkers were great to work with.

After the company split off there was a massive case of Brain drain. Things became chaotic at best and management did not clearly designate a path forward. Plans that were promised never came to fruition causing departmental frustration throughout the company. Certain employees are "untouchable" and can do no wrong in the eyes of management and because of this hostility and resentment is rampant. Company morale is at an all time low and the combination of lack of leadership, and communication is clearly affecting every employee at the company. I worked incredibly hard for this company and I can count on one hand the amount of times my team has finished a major project and were given praise.
