      Pros

      I enjoyed working here and the team I had. I worked remotely out of their CA location. Sotel Sytems was flexible with balance between telecommute, going into the CA offices, and occasionally out in the St. Louis headquarters. Lavish Christmas events. Very impressive offices/warehouse out at headquarters.

      Cons

      It could be difficult to get a hold of people at times when collaborating on projects. I worked on some fairly complex projects, but not challenging enough at times once projects were completed.

      Pros

      Success is up to you and there is a lot of flexibility to make a career if you are a self starter and like to contribute solutions

      Cons

      You will not like it here if you need to be told what to do and when to do it. It's a small company so you need the ability to work with all departments and collaborate with others. The bad reviews are some who struggle with that.
