Unreasonable expectations and extremely decompartmentalized. Made it nearly impossible to focus on long term goals that would ultimately benefit the company, had proper execution been allowed. Management is constantly reinventing the wheel unnecessarily. You cannot finish one thing before there are 10 other wild (not well thought out) ideas to jump into. I gave up in the end after about a year there.
