      +/+ Quick growth +/+ Steep learning curve +/+ Ambitious people +/+ Product to be proud of In my situation, SoSafe was the exact kind of company I was looking for when changing jobs. Not only because I really support the product, but also because there is loads of opportunity to grow in your career.

      Cons

      Quick growth comes with challenges that makes being flexible as an employee necessary.

      Pros

      It used to offer real, meaningful work in a very nerdy industry, with great parties. But around late 2024-2025 there were changes in senior leadership, and new external VP/C-level joined the company, clueless about the industry and internal realities changed things, leading to people being made redundant.
