Pros
At SoCreate, you get to work on a product where quality is highly valued - you get the time and space and voice to write code you're proud of, and you aren't pushed to get something sub-par out the door like at so many companies. The work-life balance is exceptional - you are expected to show up and get your work done during the normal work week, and are never pressured to grind to get the project finished as is typical of many startups. Additionally, the team is so small and cooperative, you really feel like you have a voice that can impact processes and the direction of project. This place has vision and the goals of the company are clear and clearly communicated. Plus, the office is new and clean and you get your own space and a fancy computer.

I honestly love it here. It's work, of course, and not perfect but I would sincerely recommend to any friend to apply.
