Pleasant place to work with smart management

None to speak of. Super fun

Good hours, good pay for the most part, and most importantly slowly but surely management is coming around with a more friendly and approachable attitude.

The transportation management think they own you, but slowly getting better. No seniority so drivers who work the most get preffered treatment. However the only drivers who work the most are those that are willing to cut corners and break all the rules and safety policy to achieve their goal and get rewarded with more work, while those drivers who obey the guidelines and policy are punished with less work because following rules makes a slower performance. Lower management ethics is questionable.
