      Pros

      I’m not even sure where to start. Do you like bringing your dog to work? Amazing leadership that listens to everyone. Tons of opportunity to be promoted from entry level quickly. We have lots of fun , If I listed all the perks you would not believe me. Extremely employee focused company.

      Cons

      If you are allergic to dogs you probably shouldn’t apply. There are no cons. It’s a great company

      Pros

      I loved working a SoClean. The atmosphere was amazing and collaboration is at an all time high.

      Cons

      Covid hit them hard and workforce downsizing occurred. Once this happened many people were wearing multiple hats which got to be very overwhelming.
