Pros
The culture at SoCalGas revolves around safety which applies to both employees and providing safe reliable service to our customers. However, the culture at SoCalGas isn't only about safety, but its family. Being with such a large size company, I've felt the presence of family which makes working with others easier.
Cons
Change is slow to happen because there are so many layers which involve more than SoCalGas.
