High stress, little support, demanding, environment with high level of hostility - from customers as well as the company's upper management; direct supervisor is really just your file keeper & liason - in reality, company/employee relations are very poor. Witnessed one too many colleagues being taken out of the call center on stretchers. Yes, really.
