Don’t get sucked in by the owners excitement for her company. She will draw you in and make you think that she’s an amazing caring person. After about 6 months she will start dumping more and more work on you. The expectations that are set compromise patient care. You will be overworked and underpaid. They will give you grief for taking your days off yet the owner is constantly sick or traveling. It’s do as I say, not as I do mentality. Advice is don’t get sucked in. Just run as fast as you can toward another job.
