- 15-20$ friday lunches as 'appreciation' - team events is where you everyone comes together to come up with work to do
Cons
- Working from home is frowned upon, and you will get constantly called if you do except when management does it - Leaving 5pm or on time is frowned upon - Everything is critical/high priority throughout the year, like "critical and must finish before EOD for this agent, critical and must finish before Christmas, critical and must finish before Easter, critical and must finish before weekends" - Absurdly high turnover rate, with burning out as the norm - Where you get emails/notifications in odd hours like 4am, 11pm throughtout the week.
