      Privilege working for a national icon. Interesting plant. Generous allowances. Some decent people.

      Cons

      Ex defence force personnel slowly taking over and with them comes the oppressive management style from the army. You have to wait for someone to die to get a job here. Boys club management styles.

      Reasonable salary, depending on your position. Flexible hours, depending on your supervisor.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. Projects are poorly managed. If you are highly motivated and intelligent, stay away. If you want to cruise and be rewarded for it, then come work here.
