      Poor management, poor commercial decisions, lacking processes which lead to poor outcomes. Toxic culture. Management are in it for themselves not the project.

      Pros

      Reasonable salary, depending on your position. Flexible hours, depending on your supervisor.

      Cons

      Terrible culture. Projects are poorly managed. If you are highly motivated and intelligent, stay away. If you want to cruise and be rewarded for it, then come work here.
