      Hire/fire culture Toxic environment (many people are burnt-out) You’re just a number Lack of transparency Managers that don’t know how truly lead teams Micromanagement Because it is a stock-listed company, they’re watching your every single move especially if you’re in the sales team.

      Pros

      Snowflake are doing exciting things in the world of Data & AI. In general the people are nice to work with and willing to help. Salary is competitive

      Cons

      Run by engineers who don't always understand the market. Tend to build products/features without research to see if it is wanted. Little ability to change management thinking and your ideas tend to get push aside for management agendas. Way to much redundant paperwork and poor processes and countless meetings and reviews that achieve nothing that consume time that could be spent inovating
