      - Flexible working hours - Great Work - Life Balance - Employment Engagement at its best - Perfect amount of exposure - Everyone in the organisation is reachable and open to conversations - Excellent Diversity - Compensation and Benefits are too good too!

      - There could've been more women on the Leadership Team but since we are just starting out, it is understandable
