      Pay is good, I get to work with some of the smartest people.

      Cons

      Politics, politics, politics. Snowflake used to be an amazing company to work for, now it’s just trash. They hire the wrong leaders who only care about themselves not the company.

      Pros

      Flexibility of working remotely for remote workers, reimbursement for cell phone and gym expenses (remote workers). Pay is decent. Company viability seems relatively good.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale tanked when the current ELT came onboard. Strong surveillance culture, shady communication, sneaky layoffs are becoming a new norm with this ELT. Opportunities for career growth are much more limited now. Benefits are getting cut - “unlimited PTO” is limited, reduced company holidays. Stock based compensation is stingy at best. Even as a top performer , don’t count on getting equity refreshes or raises. Intent on replacing humans with AI vs augmenting human work with AI.
