      Defs room for growth in the company Listen to requests to learn more and take on more responsibility/ tasks or other department duties Alternating Monday-Friday or Sunday - Thursday which I love Freshly baked pastries and breads almost daily!

      Cons

      After being here for almost 2 years I have yet to find anything worth mentioning!

      free/discounted food provided by warehouse (almost expired items) or customer appreciation foods.

      Fun people to work with, interesting work, can take on lots of responsibilities

      Cons

      Wage increases are low and infrequent, no regular employee reviews, little room for growth in the company, favouritism due to it being a family/friend run business, management does not monitor employee workloads = uneven workload distribution for equal/similar pay.
