      Pros

      Great support from owner and regional manager. Great clientele, busy location. Tip money was consistently amazing.

      Cons

      I had a hard time hiring quality stylists to join our team but luckily we had very little staff turnover.

      Pros

      Working with kids was very fulfilling! Tips were pretty nice as well!

      Cons

      The owner was rude, unprofessional and unfair. Never taught me as a new stylist like she said she would. Would only be nice to those who were bringing in the money. Just ruined the experience :(
