      No nagging and limited micromanagement depending on your department

      Cons

      Low pay. No growth. Toxic atmosphere. No benefits. Health insurance is bare bones. Management only get involved when there is a problem. Are otherwise unavailable. Discussion of pay rises or any sort of increase take a minimum of one year.
