UNDERPAID & OVERWORKED - Only take any job here if you're young and just looking for some pocket money
They will sell you a dream in your interview but it's completely different when you're there
Your hours are inconsistent - You will come in believing you are working close to 9-5 but some days you will work 9a-9p and others 9a-12p
Owner and management don't care as long as they make their money
THERE ARE NO BENEFITS - even for full time employees except PTO that you accumulate
Cool working with sneakers and being able to travel to events

Horrible management, poor communication, no real HR or anyone to report issues to, safety violations, alot of favoritism and unfair pay. the list can go on for days.
