Pros

Some of the kindest and smartest people you’ll ever meet. Strong sense of community and friendship even when remote.

Cons

Snaptech is a sinking ship. All employees are entirely burnt out and not supported, even when management tries their best. Clients are a poor fit for the company and under charged - employees encouraged to spend more time on clients who are not aligned with the agency’s offerings. This leads to more burnout but don’t they receive compensation increases as companies pay very little . Refusal to invest in sales, growth opportunities or hiring experienced industry professionals to support and nurture overworked team. Company was moved to the offices of a client who ended up parting ways - a hasty, reactive decision.

Pros

-Team is passionate about their work. You are working with the "best" and you will see your own knowledge base and skillset inherently grow thanks to the high-level dialogue that takes place around you. -A large emphasis is put on internal communication, support, and collaboration. Daily "huddle" format allows for the team to share information and celebrate successes. -Flexible work hours allow for a healthy work/life balance. Staff have the ability to balance hours throughout the week, work from home etc. -The company is willing to share its successes and invest in its team members. -Healthy growth trajectory means there is opportunity for both vertical and horizontal growth.

Cons

-As to be expected in any agency environment, there will be some days longer than otther. With that said, most of them are self-imposed as the culture of delivering high-caliber work keeps teammember motivated to deliver their best work.
