No pros at all to mention

Fraud owners Ashika dhokai and her spouse. Will make you work but you'll not be paid. Upon enquiring about your salary you'll be told they need employees who are dedicated to work and not money. They'll commit a different salary while interviewing and post selection would pay less. Don't even think of joining them.

Nothing to mention over here.Pathetic company. Pathetic owner. Doesn't know how to talk to her employees. Doesn't even know how to run a recruitment firm. Whenever I use to talk to her,her tone was so rude and seems like unprofessional and uneducated.

A billion things can be added here. 1. No leave Policy. They will deduct money even for a single day in a month if you take even incase of any emergency or medical issue. 2. No proper company policy. 3.Ashika Dhokai is a very cunning lady. Doesn't respect other's time and efforts. 4. There is her favourite female employee working almost for now 6 years,doesn't even know how to talk to other colleagues. Sounds very uneducated. 5. Professionally doesn't recommend this company,as it will be your regret for your life. 6.The owner asks for penalty and salary deduction even for a small mistake. 7. There are no pay slips provided by the company in terms of salary every month. They will Gpay you. 8.And of course you'll get this text every time,if you don't submit 10-20 Cv's a day. Your one day salary would very deducted. 8. Inshort, don't go for this company,if you are really serious about your career. 9.No learning curve to be found in this company.
