Thanks for taking the time to share this. We’re glad you see Snappi as a place for learning, growth and building strong peer connections — that’s exactly what we want to keep nurturing.   On culture and progression, we hear you and understand how that perception can arise. In practice, decisions are always guided by business needs, skills and readiness — not personal relationships — and we remain committed to keeping it that way. However, your feedback is a good reminder that we can do more to communicate about career growth and have more regular career conversations. That’s where we’ll continue to focus so everyone understands what it takes to progress.   Feedback like yours helps us keep building the right environment, and we appreciate you sharing it.

Pros

Competitive compensation and benefits compared to the market

Cons

The positive reviews presented here do not appear to fully reflect the company’s current reality. Rather, they give the impression of a coordinated effort to enhance public perception, instead of offering a balanced view of the day-to-day environment. I will maintain a positive rating so as not to disproportionately affect the overall score; however, I would strongly encourage prospective candidates to seek external perspectives from the broader market. In recent periods, key teams directly involved in product development have been weakened or restructured in ways that raise concerns. These developments seem to be linked to challenges related to organizational culture, management effectiveness, and the process of placing individuals in critical roles. At the same time, there appears to be an overreliance on technology as a substitute for human expertise and experience, which may impact product quality and long-term sustainability. Employee retention seems to be driven more by external incentives than by alignment with a clear and compelling vision. More importantly, structural issues do not appear to be addressed in a meaningful way. Instead, there is an observable tendency to maintain the status quo, which does not support transparency, accountability, or continuous improvement. This is an organization backed by significant expectations and investment. However, without a substantive shift in strategy and operating model, the continued loss of capable professionals may limit its long-term potential.

Pros

You’ll quickly develop resilience and a high tolerance for dysfunction.

Cons

I’m honestly impressed. It takes a special kind of effort to create an environment where incompetence is so consistently on display. Management seems genuinely deluded about how well things are going, which would almost be funny if it didn’t affect people’s day‑to‑day work. Direction changes every five minutes, priorities are unclear, and decisions often feel completely disconnected from reality. Many people in key positions appear clueless and totally out of their depth (for my Greek friends reading: άσχετοι). Watching the leadership team try to coordinate things sometimes feels like a live experiment in how chaos can be mistaken for strategy. And then there are the Glassdoor reviews. The overly enthusiastic ones are particularly entertaining. It doesn’t take a detective to notice that HR seems to be busy posting positive comments trying to cover up the mess, instead of addressing the actual issues employees face.

We’re sorry to hear that this was your experience. Some of the points you raise, particularly around clarity of priorities and communication, are important, and we recognise that in a fast-evolving environment these can at times feel challenging. We also know that experiences can vary across teams, and recent employee feedback reflects a broader mix of perspectives. That said, every piece of feedback matters, and we take it seriously. We strongly encourage open dialogue within the organisation and invite employees to raise concerns directly with their managers or leadership teams. This is how we can best understand what’s not working and continue improving the way we operate. Thank you again for sharing your perspective.
