The office vibe is a combination of working hard while having fun. You get a lot of autonomy, flexible working hours and working remotely. Also the unlimited holidays is a big plus as I like to travel. The organisation is horizontally managed - meaning self-managing teams and responsibility to do what you think is necessary to improve business results. Office is situated next to the Central Station, which is really nice.
