      Pros

      The team is young and generally nice to work with. Bright students from the best unis in China. I’d say compared to a colossal disaster of a job market in Shenzhen, Snapmaker’s an ethical company.

      Cons

      Busy, busy and busy. The job scope changes constantly and poor induction for new employees.
