      Pros

      The design lead Ben is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and great to work under. The team is small and well structured. Honest people trying to do honest work. I had a great experience working there. You will be helping people have better access to healthcare. The company is stable.

      Cons

      There are some issues with the code that stop the design team from implementing the best solutions. Theres a lot of roadblocks for such a small startup. The culture there is none existent.

      Management at SnapMD takes an interest in you as an employee and want to provide you with a great working environment. The departments are small, but the knowledge and skill set each team member brings to the table are mighty. Great opportunity to learn the industry.

      No cons to working at SnapMD. My time here is time well spent.
