      •Mess of management. Management requirements are one thing, your boss requires another. Clearly not aligned. •Do not set their priorities thus affecting your work if you are the one leading it. • Terrible communication

      Pros

      The design lead Ben is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and great to work under. The team is small and well structured. Honest people trying to do honest work. I had a great experience working there. You will be helping people have better access to healthcare. The company is stable.

      Cons

      There are some issues with the code that stop the design team from implementing the best solutions. Theres a lot of roadblocks for such a small startup. The culture there is none existent.
