Cons
During my time at the company, I found the work culture to be very discouraging, primarily due to the current CTO’s leadership style. Many team members, including myself, experienced unfulfilled promises regarding growth and opportunities. Office politics were prevalent, which created a stressful and unproductive work environment. I would advise potential candidates to carefully consider these factors before joining.
Focus on transparent communication and genuine support for employees. Efforts to reduce internal politics and set realistic expectations could greatly improve morale and retention.
