Pros

If I’d been asked for “pros” 4-5 years ago, I could’ve spoken for days. But sadly, that’s no longer the case. You get to work from home…..that’s pretty much all I’ve got now.

Cons

You’ll never know how much your paycheck will be due to their constant moving of the goalposts and trickery via Salesforce/rev opps utilization. This company was also sued by the CFPB and they’ve settled numerous SA/harassment lawsuits due to the disgusting character possessed by a large portion of their leadership. I gave them 7 years of stellar service and was rewarded with retaliatory termination after I complained about unfair treatment from my regional……who also had numerous complaints from females about his inappropriate behavior.

Pros

Supportive Team Environment From day one, I felt welcomed and valued. My team and colleagues are always willing to help, answer questions, and provide guidance. It's not just lip service—people actually care about seeing you succeed. Whether you need help understanding a complex process or just need to bounce ideas off someone, there's a collaborative spirit that makes the workplace feel like a real community. Leadership is approachable and invested in their teams' wellbeing. Incredible Growth Opportunities What I appreciate most is the emphasis on learning and development. Snap Finance truly invests in their people. I've had the chance to expand my skill set, take on new responsibilities, and grow professionally in ways I didn't expect. The company seems to value internal advancement and encourages employees to develop expertise. Whether it's formal training, cross-functional projects, or learning from experienced colleagues, there are genuine opportunities to level up your career. Why I Love It Here The combination of a supportive culture and real growth potential makes Snap Finance stand out. It's refreshing to work for a company that sees employees as long-term assets rather than short-term resources. If you're looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and feel genuinely supported, I'd definitely recommend considering Snap Finance.

Cons

Nothing of note to add here.
