Co-workers were awesome, they made work so much more enjoyable. My manager was amazing and helped me with a lot of uncomfy situations (creepy old men love to hit on the hostesses)
Cons
Pay is not great, loved my immediate management but the owner was not great. Very clique-y in town, very very rude guests (especially during football and grad season).
