Multiple managers do nothing while they give you all the work to do. Dangerous shelving has collapsed multiple times. Everything is extremely heavy. This job is absurdly physical sometimes. Dirty warehouses that have not been cleaned in 15 years. No communication throughout the entire company. Intermittent business: super busy then completely dead for hours. Customers can be extremely rude. Pay is insulting.
