Not recommended - Anonymous employee Smunch.co Employee Review

I would try avoid working for this company. The company has a high turnover rate. Lots of people have come and go in the 10 months I’ve worked there. Employees are not treated fairly and the company likes to claim that there is no hierarchy of people in charge but there is. Smunch is a reactive company so if you like working on projects to quickly get them done only to go back and continually rework on projects that never seem to end then this place is for you. The work environment is extremely unprofessional and people there won’t hesitate to remove you even after your 6 month probation. When applying to this company I would seriously consider looking somewhere else.
