      Pros

      Fun products, generous budgets & ownership, fast career growth if you excel & prove. culture & environment - much healthier than other similar stage tech companies I had experienced prior to and after (realizing only in retrospect),

      Cons

      Time zone difference working with overseas team. Some senior level managers weren’t that great managers in terms of guiding, motivating or advising or adding much values except for creating reporting hierarchy

      Pros

      Some of the best coworkers I've ever had. Brilliant, driven, wonderful teams prior to the entire company being outsourced and almost every US staff member laid off.

      Cons

      Jeffrey, the CEO, outsourced the entire company to Bulgaria, retaining only a skeleton crew in the US. The majority of US employees were laid off the week before Christmas. Despite promises of restoring positions in the US, Jeffrey continues moving operations to Bulgaria.
