Smove has a flexible, friendly and laidback vibe with a performance-based work culture. Its a fast growing start-up with minimal red-tape and a "just get it done" attitude that encourages risk-taking and initiative.
Cons
As a start-up, its a bit more humble in means and does not have the snazzy work benefits and welfare schemes of large corporate organisations. There's also minimal SOPs so you must be comfortable with a certain level of uncertainty and "messiness"
