At times, filling key positions could be difficult due to lengthy approval processes and multiple layers of review, which occasionally slowed the ability to staff stores as quickly as business needs required. Streamlining hiring decisions and giving field leaders more flexibility to recruit and onboard talent would help improve operational efficiency and support growth.
