Pros
Great place to work if you're looking to join a growing team. They're hiring non-stop, expanding the office, and are in a booming industry.
Cons
Growth is fast, so the company is looking for self-starters who are comfortable with evolving roles & ambiguity.

+1 to keep investing in our people! Nothing more important in the long run.

Pros
Office decor is nice. Company lunch every two weeks. Healthcare
Cons
Super quiet office almost like a graveyard. It's a very social and awkward group. If you are a developer I'm sure you will like it here as you will get your butt kissed. If you aren't a developer prepare to be unappreciated and expect a low salary.
Very cliquey herd of devs. If you are lucky and meet a dev in the office that chose to not work remote that day, approach slowly as you may scare them off, attempt a smile to show that you are friendly and say "Hello". They may respond back. If you are lucky it might turn to a conversation about weather.
There is a complaint about work silos but everyone still socializes within their department and rarely outside of that.

I never like to learn that a member of the team didn't feel comfortable or feel like they fit within our culture, and so am disappointed and sorry to learn about your experience. I do appreciate getting the feedback though, so thank you for sharing.
- The Smooch team is working fervently to create value in the business messaging space.
- A decentralized organization, so you are empowered to make decisions on your own.
- The tech is super exciting.
- A beautiful office space that is open and well lit with natural light.
- Free snacks, fresh fruit, and (of course) espresso.
Cons
While I don't have any cons so far, I will say that there have been moments where I felt somewhat lost. However, the cure for this is confidence and learning day by day.
