No pros at smoke rise club

There are no pros to working here.

Everything you can think of. The club is financed by one member and that member has no earthly idea what they’re doing. They have implanted a couple close friends as employees. Those employees reported to me and if I ever held them accountable they would run to the member that finances the place. The overall membership loved my progress with the club and everything was starting to head in the right direction. Unfortunately, the toxic environment brought on by having employees report to you but are untouchable and control your job status is just fundamentally wrong. I also had direct reports making more than I was making and the powers that be just shrugged their shoulders. This place is in the hole financially and I’d be very surprised if it survives another year. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this sinking ship/dead horse.
