Great co-workers, good training program, good pay. Open door policy. Upper management approachable

Lack of communication between floor and management at times.

Great Work life balance, vacation days when you start, (prorated of course). Very clean machine shop, Management is easy going and helpful to employee needs.

Pay could be better, machinist often perform duties of an engineer. Insurance is very expensive. Quarterly bonuses should be more, and the goal more achievable. Management wants to see newer employees' succeed however some veteran employees' not so much.
