Old school organisation with no focus on D&I - Anonymous employee Smiths Group Employee Review

Very old school Behind the curve on a lot of HR initiatives, like there is no focus on D&I whatsoever. Senior management brushes issues under the carpet especially things like bullying complaints. Managers don't treat their employees with respect and there is a lot of talking down on you.
