Other employees of the firm are lovely.

My fee earner treated me terribly. I was only trained with the IT team then left completely by myself for my actual role. I was yelled at for not knowing my role despite my fee earner not teaching me an ything. Went to HR and the ow ner of t he firm where I was turned away despite being in desperate need of help. My fee earner seriously impacted my mental health.

I liked the majority of people that I worked with. Good support for senior fee earners/ partners

Salary is not the best. They say you earn less but have a better work/ life balance. I don’t think that’s true.
