      Pros

      Great benefits. The insurance is pricey but the plans are great. You have oppurtunity to get into the company stock and the company pus you in a 401k plan.

      Cons

      Don't promote, lot of favoritism, qualified people get looked over for postions while unqualified people get postions and you gave to help train them

      Pros

      The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

      Cons

      At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
