Pros

Competitive Pay and Competitive Benefits Some teams have good internal Culture.

Cons

Overarching Culture has no sense of urgency or accountability resulting in all work being dumped on people and departments that already work significantly harder than everyone else. Lack of Teamwork between Departments is made worse by lack of clearly defined roles when multiple teams occupy the similar spaces. Constant, excessive turnover due to poor management (wild swings between no management to micromanaging every aspect) and overwork / stress results in unrealistic expectations for those who stick around / hire on. Complete lack of data-driven decision making. Decisions are made based on the emotions and whims of Managers rather than what is best for the company. Some Managers react to attempts to be more data-driven extremely poorly - including making accusations of fabricating data if it does not match what their baseless claim was. Some Operations Managers are extremely out of touch, outright toxic, and seemingly have no knowledge of the production areas they are responsible for. As an example, I witnessed one have to ask how to garb up to enter a cleanroom despite supposedly working at the company 5+ Years. This is a simple task that Operators perform multiple times a day. Most Operations Supervisors are a rare sight in production areas. Most Support Departments are a rare sight on Site. Support Departments that do not perpetually Work From Home have work dumped on them by Support Departments that never show up on Site.

Pros

Positive work environment, Enjoy being part of a Global Service team and Company that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Amazing coworkers with Knowledge and experience.

Cons

Like any rewarding role, being a Service Coordinator comes with challenges. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Working with customers and various S&N teams around the world often involves navigating different time zones, balancing urgent requests, and coordinating across multiple departments. These experiences create valuable opportunities for personal growth, collaboration, and professional development while contributing to exceptional customer service and business success.

Pros

The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

Cons

At this time, I have no concerns or suggestions for improvement. My experience has been very positive, and things have been going well overall.
